Svetlana Bagdasarov, MPH
Research Compliance Officer
After working in the CSU and then the UC system, Svetlana Bagdasarov has returned to Fresno State to serve as the Research Compliance Officer for the Division of Research and Graduate Studies – Research and Sponsored Programs office.
Svetlana has many years of experience in the research field. Some of her experiences include serving as the Program Coordinator for Fresno State’s Research Infrastructure in Minority Institutions (RIMI), NIH-funded project. After completing work with the RIMI program, she joined University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) - Fresno and spent several years fully immersed in clinical research. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, Svetlana was responsible for the management and compliance monitoring of all clinical research projects within the Department of Emergency Medicine.
Svetlana obtained a B.A. in Social Work and a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from California State University, Fresno.
