Is BizFlow going away completely?
The University is expected to continue to utilize BizFlow for various functions, but it will no longer be used by Research and Sponsored Programs as of June 2017.
Will the new electronic system be utilized by both pre- and post-award?
No. The new system will only be used at the pre-award stage. Post-award will continue to utilize their current financial management system.
Will there be training sessions for the new electronic routing system?
 Two GrantLaunch training sessions will be held for Deans, Administrators and Budget Analysts in August before holding a series of workshops for faculty in September. Click here (/grants/transition/training.html) for the complete training schedule.
What is the "temporary solution" going to be this summer while we wait for the new system to launch?
Paper copies of the Project Information Forms (PIFs) are being hand-delivered for wet signatures during the summer months prior to the implementation of the GrantLaunch electronic routing system this fall.
