Office of Compliance and Civil Rights (Title IX and DHR)

The Office of Compliance and Civil Rights is committed to supporting a safe, welcoming environment for our Bulldog community. This office addresses all issues of discrimination, harassment or retaliation, and enforces University policies including prohibitions against sexual misconduct, sexual exploitation, dating or domestic violence, and stalking. We are committed to providing supportive resources with compassion and in care.

We are commited to enforcing the CSU Policy Prohibiting Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Exploitation, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, Stalking, and Retaliation.

About the Office of Compliance and Civil Rights

The Office of Compliance and Civil Rights addresses issues of discrimination, harassment, and/or retaliation, and oversees the University's compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and CSU system policies. This office offers training/education, outreach, and consultation to the campus community on these important topics. Students, employees, and/or third parties who believe they have experienced harassment, discrimination, and/or retaliation based on a protected status should promptly contact us for more information on resources and options.
