Preliminary Multiple Subject Credential
Emphasis in Bilingual Cross-Cultural Language and Academic Development (BCLAD).
Emphasis in Bilingual Cross-Cultural Language and Academic Development (BCLAD). Prepares teachers to work with English Learner students. BCLAD (Spanish) will authorize teachers to provide academic instruction for English language development (ELD), primary language development, specifically designed academic instruction delivered in English (SDAIE), and content instruction delivered in the primary language.
