Exhibition Booths

Become a 2020 Scarlett’s Park Conference exhibitor and promote your program or business!

The Scarlett’s Park planning committee is seeking booth exhibitors for the 2020 conference. Our mission is to support the efforts being made across the country to provide appropriate, effective, and high quality education and services to individuals who are D/deaf or hard of hearing and have a disability. In order to exhibit at our 2020 conference, your program, service, organization and/or product(s) must align with the mission of Scarlett’s Park.

 

We are looking for professional booths with valuable information to share. The community of individuals who attend this event will be looking for current, relevant, and cutting-edge information and resources. While sales of items such as books and other pertinent merchandise is permitted, booths whose main focus is the sale of extraneous items will not be given a spot at the event.  Groups that are selected to attend the event will be provided a table and four chairs.
