Appointments Required for Service Desk Walk-In Support 
With the current state of the Pandemic Walk-in support for the following two issues is available with an appointment.

1.) Prior off Campus Laptop or Notebook that needs password reset.

2.) Eduroam Connection needed on mobile device or Laptop

Appointments available from 3PM - 5PM Monday - Friday.

Prevent Phishing at Fresno State!

If you suspect that you’ve come in contact with a bogus phishing scam or virus, change your password and contact the service desk.

We urge you to remain vigilant against these types of email scams.
