Experience and Research: Alma has been involved in early childhood education since 1986 and directed private childcare centers in Coalinga and Fresno for 15 years. She was an adjunct faculty at Reedley College for 12 1/2 years. At Fresno State, she is presently a lecturer as well as the Assistant Director of Programs for Children with specific responsibilities for the Administration of the Campus Children's Center.
