The Culinology Club of CSU Fresno (CC), established in 2007, is dedicated to the support of the growing need for Food Scientists. Looking to build upon the future of food with a blending of culinary applications and science principles, the Culinology ® Club is an organization designed to promote and inform students in all food science-related areas. CC is a student formed organization that dedicates itself as a firm and proud supporter of the Research Chef Association (RCA), which provides students with professional development opportunities through networking facilitation, training, competitions, scholarship, and awards.
