Freshmen Fall 2018 Program Impaction

Fall 2018 application cycle is open from October 1, 2017 to November 30, 2017. Information on this page is indefinite and is subject to change.

California State University, Fresno is designated as a program impacted campus at both the first-time freshmen and upper-division transfer levels.

First Time Freshmen must meet course requirements and an eligibility index based on their GPA and SAT and/or ACT scores in order to be considered for admission to Fresno State.

Based on the university’s enrollment capacity projections, the minimum eligibility for fall 2018 is as follows:

Local minimum eligibility index:  3200/760

Non-local minimum eligibility index:  4100/985

Some programs have higher eligibility indices.
