Welcome to Fresno State’s Veterans Services Office!

Veterans Services assists veterans, reservists/Guard/active duty service members and dependents receive their educational benefits. Our website has information about the different types of VA Educational programs and instructions on how to use them at Fresno State. The Veterans Services office is proud to help veterans and their families succeed at Fresno State!

  • First Time Freshmen Admissions
  • Upper Division Transfer Admissions 
    • Transfer Credit Policy: General elective credit toward a baccalaureate degree will be determined upon receipt of a DD 214. Additional baccalaureate credit for formal courses will be considered per recommendations found in the American Council on Education's (ACE) Guide to the Evaluation of Educational Experiences in the Armed Services. Student needs to submit a DD 214 (and Joint Service Transcripts if applicable) to Admissions & Records for official review.
