Student Conduct Procedures

 

Executive Order 1098

These procedures are designed to afford students due process and to provide guidance to campuses to address student misconduct.

In accordance with policy of the California State University (CSU), the campus president has the responsibility for implementing executive orders where applicable and for maintaining the campus repository and index for all executive orders. This executive order should be distributed to employees responsible for student conduct matters and made available to all CSU students.
