Training and Support

The Technology Service Desk and Web Services assist with all website needs including:

  • Training and support
  • Site and account creation and design
  • Graphics and content assistance (such as galleries, carousels, accordions, forms, RSS, Twitter or Facebook feeds, and forms creation)
  • Navigation strategies, web usability and information architecture
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Appliance
  • Web accessibility compliance

Work Orders

Work Orders are the quickest way to get assistance. Place a work order here, and bookmark the form for next time! 

Note: Work Orders are completed by a combination of the Technology Service Desk staff, Web Services staff and also Ucomm, so please do not email a person. Submit a work order and we'll take care of the rest.

Friday Open Lab

Open Lab is offered every Friday for two hours for those who have completed training but need in-person assistance specific to their own website.
