Film and Media Arts Minor Requirements

The Film and Media Arts minor offers students a comprehensive training in film and media production and critical studies. The minor consists of a minimum 21 units. Students take a series of required classes to acquire basic skills (technical, written, aesthetic, and critical, 15 units) while also having the flexibility for more in-depth study in an area of interest by completing two advanced production/studies electives (6 units).

MCJ 4, MCJ 15, MCJ 60, and MCJ 115 (12 units)
MCJ 116 or MCJ 117 (3 units)
