Dr. Alicia Iriberri is an Associate Professor of Computer Information Systems in the Craig School of Business at California State University Fresno.

She holds a Ph. D in Information Systems and Technology and an MS in Computer Information Systems both from The Claremont Graduate University in Southern California and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Universidad Iberoamericana, México City, Mexico

Currently, she teaches IS130 Management Information Systems, IS158 Database Design and SQL Programming, IS153 Enterprise Systems and Business Process Integration, and Business Intelligence.

Dr. Iriberri received the Excellence in Research Journal Award for Best Article for her work: Natural Language Processing and Psychology in e-Government Services: Evaluation of a Crime Reporting and Interviewing System published in the International Journal of Electronic Government Research (IGI 2015). Her work on Natural Language Processing applications is published in other journals, including Electronic Government: An International Journal, Decision Support Systems, ACM Computing Surveys, and Research in Computing Science and conference proceedings of the Hawaii International Conference in System Sciences and the Americas Conference on Information Systems.

Her professional experience includes Manager of Strategic Information and Business Intelligence at Seguros Serfin-Lincoln and Systems Engineer at IBM de Mexico.

Before joining Fresno State, Dr. Iriberri was Assistant Professor in Management Information Systems at the University Illinois, Springfield, and Visiting Professor at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
