Please note: There is limited Canvas support after 5PM as Canvas administration tools are not handled by the Service Desk.

Walk-In Support (Due To Covid-19 all walk-in support is by appointment only.) 

The Service Desk is currently working from home and is only available for on campus walk-in support on a case by case basis.


If on campus and in need of support, please call the Service Desk at 278-5000 to schedule an appointment with a Desktop Services Group (DSG) or Department/College Information Technology Liaison (ITL), available from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday - Friday.

Prevent Phishing at Fresno State!

If you suspect that you’ve come in contact with a bogus phishing scam or virus, change your password and contact the service desk.

We urge you to remain vigilant against these types of email scams.
