2020 Fall Advising Information

For the fall 2020 semester, we will continue working remotely and conducting student appointments over the phone. To schedule an appointment, please email jordanadvising@csufresno.edu. 

Please include your full name, ID number, and a good contact number in your email.

Please also be aware to answer calls from private numbers when you have a scheduled appointment. If you do not answer, your appointment will be considered a no show.

If you have an Ag Business hold, a Super Senior hold, a Transfer Advising Hold, or a Mandatory Advising Hold, you will be emailed information regarding this in mid-September. Please do not email to schedule an appointment for this.

Forms requiring signatures: Please read forms carefully. Some require only department signatures, and will need to be sent to the appropriate person. If your form needs an advisor signature, you will need to schedule an appointment.

You will be responsible for obtaining the form (https://fresnostate.edu/studentaffairs/registrar/forms/index.html) and once you have the appropriate form, you will need to fill out everything required by the student, and either save it and fill out electronically or print it, fill it out, and scan it and send to your advisor before your scheduled phone appointment.
