Guest Accommodations

Questions regarding commencement accommodations for Guests can be directed to the Save Mart Center Guest Services. 

• Accessible seating is available on all levels of the Save Mart Center.  Guests can use the elevators, located in the corners of the Save Mart Center.
• There is Accessible parking available just outside the north side of the Save Mart Center.
• Both Accessible seating and Accessible parking are first come first served, so guests are encouraged to arrive early.  
• Additionally, Fresno State Traffic Operations Team provides first come, first served golf cart rides to guests throughout general parking.
• ASL Interpreters are available to guests in section 111.

Student Accommodations

Questions regarding commencement accommodations for students can be directed to the commencement ceremony coordinators.  For Academic Ceremonies, please contact your college Dean's office.  For affinity ceremonies, please contact your ceremony coordinators.  Some important notes are:

• The Accessible Entrance to the loading dock is the Northeast entrance to the Save Mart Center, you will be allowed to take the elevator down to the loading dock from there.  Only students will be permitted in the loading dock area.
• Seating arrangements can be made with the ceremony coordinators.
• There is Accessible parking available just outside the north side of the Save Mart Center.
• ASL Interpreters are available on the southeast side of the Save Mart Center. Please connect with your coordinator for seating arrangements. 

In order to allow for the additional time for finals, your finals in SSD are scheduled slightly differently than the University Finals
Schedule.

• If your finals times are scheduled for the start time of 6:30am, 8:30 am, or 8:45am, your start time in the SSD office will be 8:00am.
• If your finals times are scheduled for the start time of 11:00am, your start time in the SSD office will be 11:00am.
• If your finals times are scheduled for the start time of 1:00pm, or 1:15pm, your start time in the SSD office will be 2:00pm.
• If your finals times are scheduled for the start time of 3:30pm, your start time in the SSD office will be 3:30pm.
• If your finals times are scheduled for the start time of 5:45pm or 8:00pm, your start time
  in the SSD office will be 5:00pm for students with the accommodation of 50% additional
  time (1.5x), and 4:00pm for students with the accommodation of 100% additional time (2.0x).
